Yes. All your personal data is stored on virtual private servers hosted by Contabo GmbH, physically located in Frankfurt, Germany (European Union). By using Launchpad, you agree to your data being transferred to and stored within the EU, benefiting from strict EU data protection standards.
For cross-border transfers (e.g. if we send data to an AI provider in the US), we use EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA).

Yes. This is your Right to be Forgotten under GDPR Art. 17, UAE PDPL, India DPDP, and US CCPA. To close your account:
Within 30 seconds, all your resumes, profile, job applications, AI outputs, and personal data are permanently hard-deleted from our active database. Residual fragments in encrypted backups are overwritten within 30 days.
Two things we keep (by law): billing records for 5 years (UAE tax law) and consent history for 3 years (GDPR audit). These contain no resume content, AI outputs, or job-matching data.
No. We never sell your personal information. We also do not share your data with data brokers.

We use three AI providers with automatic failover:
